Eklabya Institute of Management (EIM) was established with a vision to make quality professional education accessible to students across North Bengal and Sikkim. Recognizing that many aspiring students face challenges in pursuing higher education outside the region, EIM was founded to provide industry-oriented education and training at an affordable cost, enabling students to build successful careers without compromising on quality.
EIM is a unit of the Darjeeling Eklabya Education Society, a non-governmental organization established in 2011 with the mission of promoting education, skill development, and career opportunities for young people. Since its inception, the organization has been dedicated to delivering quality training and helping students secure employment across various industries.
Guided by its motto, "Academic Excellence and Professional Competence," EIM strives to create a learning environment that combines academic knowledge with practical skills and professional values. From its humble beginnings, the institute has grown through dedication, commitment, and a strong focus on student success.

Eklabya Institute of Management (EIM), established in 2014, is a unit of the Darjeeling Eklabya Education Society, a Naxalbari-based NGO dedicated to education and skill development since 2011.
With over 18 years of industry and academic experience, EIM was founded with a vision to provide quality hospitality education that combines professional excellence, practical training, and strong values. Our motto, "Education for Academic Excellence and Professional Competence," reflects our commitment to nurturing skilled, confident, and industry-ready professionals.
