Procedure.
Prospective students must submit the admission form alongside the following documents:
- One photocopy of all educational transcripts and related certificates.
- Voter ID Card (or valid government-issued ID).
- Two recent passport-size color photographs.
Note: A Declaration Form will be provided with the admission packet. It must be signed by both the student and their legal guardian and submitted to the Institute.
Rules & Regulations
Punctuality
Students must arrive on time for all classes. Strict disciplinary action will be taken for chronic lateness or unauthorized absences. Students are not permitted to leave the campus during working hours without prior approval.
Attendance
The college day begins at 10:00 AM. Students are required to be present for the morning assembly. Latecomers must obtain explicit permission from the Principal. We expect 100% attendance; students should only be absent in cases of emergency or severe illness. A minimum of 80% attendance is strictly required—failing to meet this threshold will disqualify the student from participating in industrial training.
Academic Commitment
Students are expected to attend all training programs and submit journals, assignments, and projects with wholehearted dedication.
Leave of Absence
Absence without permission constitutes a serious breach of discipline. Prior written permission must be obtained for any planned leave.
Identity Cards
ID cards are issued at the start of the course and must be worn and visibly displayed at all times while on campus.
